A company called Cureveda claims that their herbal Chyawanprash supplements boost your immunity and protects you from diseases like cancer and diabetes, among others.
I decided to put these claims to the test by looking at Cureveda’s ingredients, side effects, clinical research, and customer reviews on third-party websites like Amazon. Here’s what I found out about this product, including what users are saying about it…
The Perfect Solution for Sugar Intolerance.
There are numerous problems with store-bought chyawanprash, but perhaps most glaring is that they use artificial sweeteners like aspartame. Artificial sweeteners and sugars wreak havoc on your body in numerous ways.
No matter what kind of sugar intolerance you have—from diabetes to hypoglycemia to cancer—artificial sweeteners can make symptoms worse. On top of that, there’s evidence that suggests diet drinks can actually cause weight gain by messing with your metabolism, increasing cravings for sweets, causing fluid retention and more.
So if you’re trying to lose weight or just get healthier in general, shop for a chyawanprash made with natural sweeteners like honey instead. It might be hard to find one without any added sugar at all, so look for one with a high concentration of jaggery.
Jaggery comes from palm trees and has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries as an herbal remedy. It contains many nutrients including iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium—all essential minerals that help fight against anemia, heart disease and constipation.
And it’s also full of antioxidants which fight free radicals in your body that damage cells and lead to chronic diseases like cancer. One study even found that jaggery may help treat certain cancers better than chemotherapy!
Tips While Buying an Ayurvedic Chyawanprash.
Over time, I have tried a number of Ayurvedic products, and my favourites are PureIndia and CureVeda. However, there is a marked difference between these two companies in terms of their approach to providing customers with information about what’s in their products.
While CureVeda gives detailed information about ingredients on each individual product page, I have found that PureIndia provides ingredient information only for their ‘core’ range of products, making it harder to find answers about other items.
On top of that, CureVeda has included dosage instructions for most of its products on each product page (something which I wish more brands would do), so I’d recommend looking at both companies when buying your next chyawanprash or pureprash.
Having said all that, here are some general tips to help you buy an Ayurvedic chyawanprash: Look for ghee over oil as an ingredient – Most Ayurvedic prashes use ghee as an ingredient instead of oil because ghee has been shown to increase absorption of key ingredients like turmeric by up to 40%. That said, if you’re vegetarian or vegan then you’ll need to look elsewhere since many traditional Ayurvedic prashes use cow’s milk/ghee as an ingredient. Look for shuddha rasa – The shuddha in shuddha rasa refers to ‘pure’, meaning that no herbs were added during processing.
Ingredients of a Good Ayurvedic Chyawanprash.
As with many natural remedies, it can be hard to discern what is actually in a particular Ayurvedic chyawanprash. Without having a way to independently verify each ingredient, your best bet is to go with a company that provides a full list of ingredients and describes their role in helping support your health.
And don’t forget, you may be sensitive to some ingredients but not others. Make sure you read up on each one before choosing a product. We highly recommend CureVeda PurePrash as our preferred choice for sugar-free chyawanprash. Here are some other things to look out for:
i) Certified Organic Ingredients – This ensures that there are no pesticides or herbicides used during cultivation. It also means you won’t find any artificial additives or preservatives.
ii) Cold Pressed – The process of cold pressing preserves maximum nutritional value from fruits and vegetables without exposing them to high heat which destroys many nutrients.
iii) Kosher Certified – If kosher certified, it means no animal products were used during production (for example, gelatin).
iv) Sugar Free – While there are several varieties available (jaggery based or honey based), most contain at least a small amount of sugar which can inhibit absorption of key nutrients like Vitamin C and A.

Benefits of Ayurvedic Healthy Chywanprash.
Cureveda offers organic herbal sugar free chyawanprash – Pureprash to boost your immunity. Get great discount on pureprash Cureveda Herbal Pureprash Immunity Booster for all age groups- Jaggery based, sugar free Chyawanprash.Chywan is a Sanskrit word and it means milk and pras which means life.
It was made by accident in ancient India when a herbal practitioner left milk out and saw that it had curdled naturally in sunlight. This was considered divine intervention because curd is an excellent way to keep milk fresh without refrigeration and without spoiling, so to preserve it longer, he added some other herbs into it.
The result was a very tasty drink called chywanprash. The main ingredient of Chywanprash is cow’s ghee (clarified butter). The ingredients are dried and then cooked with milk and ghee in order to extract their properties.
The ingredients are then strained and mixed with honey, jaggery or sugar as well as spices like cardamom powder, ginger powder etc., depending upon one’s taste preference.
Cureveda Pureprash Side Effects.
CureVeda Chyawanprash side effects are negligible. It does not have any preservatives, or additives. It is made of natural ingredients that help in boosting immunity and helps provide quick relief from cold and cough symptoms.
The overall benefits of CureVeda pure prash far outweigh its occasional mild side effects. However, people with high blood pressure should consult their doctor before using it. Pregnant women and lactating mothers should also avoid taking it without consulting a doctor first.
However, they can use an herbal decoction prepared with Ayurvedic herbs instead of chyawanprash as it contains similar components but in lower concentrations than those present in chyawanprash.
Herbal decoctions can be used for similar medicinal purposes as chyawanprash but must be taken with caution during pregnancy because they may cause harm to both mother and baby if used excessively or without proper guidance from a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.
The product also has low-calorie content, which makes it suitable for people who want to lose weight while maintaining good health.
So, after years of research and countless trial runs, I am happy to announce that we have come up with a sugar-free chyawanprash. We’ve worked hard to ensure that our product is as close to homemade as possible.
